Deposits can be transferred to another litter if necessary. Refunds are only issued if your choice of gender/color is not born.

WE REQUIRE CASH AT PICKUP

Our prices reflect the care your pup receives. We worm your pup three times (every two weeks) prior to them going home and recommend you continue this until after 12 weeks of age. We clean and disenfect kennels every other day. We also use Diatomaceous earth in kennels to make sure they are free of fleas, parasites and flies. We want your pup to have a clean environment to thrive in prior to going home. Weather permitting pups go outside in a contained area to enjoy free play and are socialized to our many farm animals. Our pups are housed in our indoor kennels until they go home. This room was once our sunroom and is adjacent to our living room and pups can be seen and heard at all times, although cameras are installed for security purposes.

We offer breeding rights on a case by case basis & they are an additional $200.00.  Please understand that this decision needs to be made prior to pick up and final payment. We do not change paperwork after the puppy goes home. This is why we encourage everyone to think about this decision as we will not reverse it. 

We require a $200 deposit to hold the pup of your color/gender choice. The deposit comes off your balance. This deposit is only refundable if the color/gender you chose is not born. We do NOT refund deposits if you decide not to get the pup for any other reason. 

We debated the issue of home visits and because of the Pandemic & risk of transmitting disease to pups who have not completed all required immunizations, we do not allow on site visits until pick up day. This is not up for debate. The health of our animals is our responsibility.

Every Sunday we will send pictures and videos featuring the current litters and/or pup of your choice. We do this once a week because during the week we are caring for the dogs/pups/other farm animals ❤️
